We take your floor plan sketches, ideas and desired exterior building architecture to create a 3D Architectural model. This model has AutoCAD materials built-in so you can see your dream home before you built it. These renderings are a FREE drafting service included with your exterior elevations drawings required by the City of Winnipeg for building permits.

As structural designers for 35 years, we start with 3D structural design model that fits into the 3D Architectural model. This ensures complete and accurate architectural details, foundation plans and framing plans. We work with consulting structural engineers in Winnipeg, skilled in the work concerned, who provide you with stamped drawings when required by the Manitoba Building Code and City of Winnipeg bylaws.

About the owner
With a fascination for building things, René Dupuis graduates from Structural Engineering Technology in 1990 at Red River Community College. From 1990 to 1997 employed along side many engineers, he works closely with Architects to design the best architectural and structural details for energy and cost efficient buildings.
1997 brought René, his wife and daughter to Notre Dame de Lourdes Manitoba to live on the family homestead. As the family grew so does the newly formed company Construction-Drawing.com. Having experience working with many engineers René obtains consulting work as a structural designer with past employers, former colleagues and many new engineers and engineering consultants.
Over time, 1997 on, René is fortunate to have an increasing number of clients of his own. Complete construction drawings are prepared for private and public clients, architects and/or engineers, and building authorities to review.
