Engineering – Prices are not set by construction-drawing.com. Contact us for your options. Free 1 hour consultation (by phone or email) with every order. Then $39/hour. Interior Renderings – $88 first camera shot (baseboards included). $49 additional camera shots. $19 per light source. Floor plans and elevations must have been purchased to get prices shown. A detailed kitchen plan and custom furniture may also be required for more realistic rendering.
Pricing per square foot (psf) or per sheet
An analysis on the pricing of the sample project above yields:
- Floor plan, elevations, and foundation & Framing for either the house only ( 487$ / 1380 sf = 0.35$ psf ) or the house and garage ( 687$ / 1908sf = 0.36$ psf)
- When considering the house square footage only but including the price of the attached garage the price is 687$ / 1380 sf = 0.50$ psf.
Or, on a per 17×11 inch sheet basis orders usually vary from 60$ to $100 per sheet.
- The pricing for the sample project orders are $ 60 / sheet (house only) and $ 68 / sheet (house and garage).
Every order starts with a quote based on information received. Prices above will vary (more or less) according to the specific needs of the project.
